  1. Before starting the machine, check the electrical connections. 2. Before starting the Machine, all moving parts should be oiling. 3. Clamp the job on machine jaw properly. 4. Check that job clamping is true or not. 5. Adjust the speed & feed according to job finishing. 6. Check the tool is sharp & clamp properly. 7. After starting the machine, check first piece by supervisor & then start the production. 8. At the time of operating, operator should wear Hand gloves & shoes. 9.
