Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Lathe machine Operation

 

1. Before starting the machine, check the electrical

connections.

2. Before starting the Machine, all moving parts should be oiling.

3. Clamp the job on machine jaw properly.

4. Check that job clamping is true or not.

5. Adjust the speed & feed according to job finishing.

6. Check the tool is sharp & clamp properly.

7. After starting the machine, check first piece by supervisor & then start the production.

8. At the time of operating, operator should wear Hand gloves & shoes.

9. At the time of operating, operator should concentrate on

his work which will eliminate unfortunate accidents.

10. After finishing your work clean the machine properly.

11. Switch off machine & all electrical equipments before leaving the shop floor.

ले थ मशीन

1. मशीन को शुरू करने से पहले बि जली के कनेक्शन की जाँच

करें.

2. मशीन को शुरू करने से पहले सभी चलती भागों को oiling

हो ना चा हि ए.

3. मशीन के चक पर पीस ठीक तरह से क्लैंप करें.

4. मशीन शुरू करने के बाद, पर्यवेक्षक द्वारा पहले पीस की

जाँच करें और फि र उत्पादन शुरू करें.

5. गति और फ़ीड को काम करने के अनुसार समा योजि त करें.

6. टूल की जाँच करें और ठीक तरह से क्लैंप करें.

7. काम करते समय ऑपरेटर को हा थ के दस्ताने और जूते

पहनना चा हि ए.

8. काम करते समय ऑपरेटर को अपने काम पर ध्यान देना

चा हि ए, जो दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण दुर्घटनाओं को खत्म करेगा.

9. अपना काम खत्म करने के बाद मशीन को ठीक से साफ करें.

10. कारखाना छोड़ने से पहले सभी बि जली के उपकरणों के

स्वि च बंद करें.
